foundation stone laid for Nepal Olympic Committee building

The first Nepali Olympian Bhupendra Silwal today laid the foundation stone to the Nepal Olympic Committee (NOC) building here at Satdobato sports complex. The National Sports Council (NSC) provided the land to the NOC.
